All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card or by a deposit corresponding the cost of the first night of the room category booked.

Any reservation not guaranteed, and with arrival on the same day, will be released and cancelled at 6.00 p.m.

The cancellation of the reservation is only valid when done in written and will be free of charge if received by the Hotel at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Late cancellation of the reservation (less than 24 hours) or Guest “no-show”, will be charged with a fee corresponding to the cost of the first night in the room category booked.

During the HighSeason period the Management reserve the right to modify the reservation and cancellation policies with different special conditions. In case of controversy will prevail only policies, terms and conditions of the Hotel de la Ville in Monza.
